Elettra.me is the portal site of Elettra Productions, LLC, which is just possibly the smallest of boutique publishing houses.

Elettra Productions is in the (not entirely uncommon) business of fencing with the Gods. For this particular purpose, our little shop has created a brave heroine, named Elettra Cavendish, who across multiple media, will set out to question assumptions, challenge common beliefs, revisit the requirements of her upbringing, all the while glamorizing middle age, as she boldly and unapologetically defies self-censorship.

More precisely, the tales of Elettra will be told in a vast body of photographic essays, On the Edge and through the medium of spoken word via an independent label, Sensory Distortion.

While some of the recurring themes of this vast work in progress involve sensitive matters such as mental illness and self-medication, the overall attempt, from the publisher’s perspective, is to achieve a certain degree of levity, while never sacrificing what is real, what is raw and what is almost problematically sexy. Thus far, it would appear that our heroine has indeed acquired an almost resigned sense of optimism, perhaps essentially because Elettra has chosen to venture on the road less traveled. She is a warrior. She is our warrior. We feel it is urgent to share her story.
