I'm Elettra — a speaker, storyteller, and meditation teacher working at the intersection of food systems, ecological stewardship, and human wellbeing.

I give talks. I help others develop and deliver theirs. And I teach meditation — for adults and children — to train your mind's capacity to see more clearly, act more deliberately, and meet life with more calm, clarity, and compassion.

My work is research-grounded and experiential. An MSc from the London School of Economics. Almost a decade co-founding and running a regenerative farm on Long Island. A meditation practice rooted in more than a decade of daily experience. I've spoken alongside a Nobel laureate, the World Food Programme's Nutrition Director, and the President of Italy's Superior Health Council — and to elementary school students the week after.

The through-line: I make complex ideas feel immediate and personal, so people can find their own entry point — and actually do something with what they've heard.
